A tip of the hat to the developer of this app, it’s a huge time saver. I love the ability to select quantities of placeholder text by # of sentances or paragraphs.
Fantastic Free Utility
Was looking for a free alternative to LittleIpsum, and this is the perfect alternative. It's a simple menu bar app that does exactly what it says. The "Begin with Lipsum" toggle is also incredibly helpful, saves me the trouble of deleting the same text at the start.
Fails to open and can't delete it
I installed this from the Apple App Store, and it is visible in my Applications folder. However, double-clicking it fails to lauch it. Should be zero stars. I'm running Mojave (10.14.5) on a 2016 MacBook Pro with TouchBar. When I try to delete it, I get a essage saying it can't be moved to the Trash because it is open. When I look for it on the Force Quit Apps dialog, it does not appear.
Simple, works, free
I’m an app developer and often need to get sample text in the app. This does the job, it’s simple and it’s free. Couldn’t ask for more.
